Born and raised in Montana, Mr. Landsiedel attended the University of Montana for both his undergraduate and law school education.  He holds a J.D. from the University of Montana School of Law, as well as dual bachelor’s degrees in Philosophy and German.  He is admitted to practice in all Montana State Courts and the U.S District Court for the District of Montana.

Upon graduating law school, Mr. Landsiedel practiced in Great Falls, Montana before moving back to Missoula in 2017 to practice with Reep Bell Laird & Jasper, P.C..  He focuses his practice on criminal defense, personal injury, construction law, and State and Federal firearms regulations.  Mr. Landsiedel represents clients throughout central and western Montana in a variety of matters, civil and criminal. 

Mr. Landsiedel was invited to speak about the American criminal justice system to law and MBA students in northern India at various universities, and he has also been a guest speaker at the University of Montana Philosophy Society.  Mr. Landsiedel volunteers his time as a rifle marksmanship coach, and he is a nationally certified range safety officer.

Mr. Landsiedel believes deeply in the adherence to due process and will fight to ensure that his clients’ rights are protected and respected in the legal system.
